Responsibilities:
Assist business managers or executives with meeting arrangements, itinerary planning and travel arrangements.
Prepare and manage business documents such as contracts, proposals, reports and emails.
Maintain customer relationships and respond to customer needs and feedback.
Assist in developing new customers, participate in customer visits and business negotiations.
Collect and analyze market data and write market research reports.
Prepare sales materials, product demonstrations and quotations.
Track sales progress and coordinate sales order execution.
Assist in planning, executing and tracking business projects to ensure projects are completed on time.
Assist in organizing business activities and meetings.
Analyze business data and prepare business reports and data charts.
File management, handling emails and answering calls.
