Interexy is looking for a 𝐑𝐮𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 to take part in building a small Rails app with APIs documented in German. The ideal candidate is someone who can engage as an equal partner in the development process, ensuring high-quality code that's well-tested and maintainable.

❗ 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞:
- Fluency in German and English
- Ruby on Rails; however, if you are proficient in another framework, guidance on Rails can be provided
- GraphQL
- Experience with API
- Strong ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Familiarity with API documentation and implementation
- 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Remote

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Develop and maintain a small Rails application, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Design and implement effective GraphQL APIs.
- API translations/coding for the Rails project.
- Write clear, concise code.
- Develop automated tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of the application.
- Collaborate closely with the team to analyze requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Communicate effectively, ensuring smooth progress and clear understanding of project requirements.
- Approach the project as a partnership, working together to meet goals and deadlines.
