Job at a Warm Warehouse for Branded Clothing in Stryków (20 km from Łódź)!

Rate: 23 zl/hour net – students 28,10 zl/hour net

Job Description:

💡 Goods Receiving - includes checking cartons with mainly clothing, workplace equipped with scanner, computer, warehouse temperature is room temperature; 💡 Pick&Pack – responsibilities include order picking; employee receives a special trolley (light, maneuverable), with containers, scanner, scanner shows aisle and shelf where item is located, and worker rides on cart and collects orders; work in their own comfortable clothes; 💡 Returns - Checking returned goods from stores, checking quantity, quality check and further repackaging of goods and transfer to the next department.

Responsibilities:

• working with a scanner;
• picking orders according to the invoice;
• preparing orders for shipment to stores;
• receiving clothing goods;
• removing magnetic clips from clothing;
• quality control.

Training provided: No experience required, we'll teach everything!

Requirements:

• willingness to learn and work;
• age from 18 to 55.

No language barriers: No experience in Polish language or work required!

Conditions:

• comfortable accommodation: 3-4 people per room (cost 480 zl/month), compensation +2 zł for housing. Families with children from eight years old are welcome!
• provided work shoes (cost 90 złoty)
• provide free bus to/from work for residents of our accommodation;
• Medical insurance. We care about your health!
• Assistance in native language: Coordinators speak Ukrainian and Russian!
• contract type – umowa zlecenia (specific task agreement);
• assistance in obtaining a residence card (karta pobytu) and a voivodeship permit (zezwolenie wojewódzkie type A).

Work Schedule:

• 5-6 days a week, shifts of 8-12 hours in 3 shifts, floating weekends;
• 175-225 working hours per month.

❗Schedule may vary depending on warehouse workload – from 4-6 days per week, 8-12 hours per shift❗

Salary:

• rate: 23 zl netto per hour.
• Monthly earnings from 5000 to 7300 zl netto;
• favorable rate for students up to 26 years old with a certificate from an educational institution – 28,10 zl/hour netto. Performance bonuses: can earn up to 7300 zl netto per month;
• bonuses from 100 to 1000 zl per month;
• Salary paid monthly;
• advances after the first week of work.

❗If you are under 26 years old and a student from Ukraine or Poland, you will need to provide confirmation (certificate) from the educational institution and a sworn translation into Polish, after which your rate will be 28,10 zl/hour netto!
