Busy location. Prior Vape/Smoke Shop experience or knowledge of related products will be prioritized but it is now necessary. In store training will be provided.

48 hours per week. Day and night shifts including weekends.

Requirements:

- English Advanced level is a MUST

- Great customer service & people skills is a must

- High energy, positive attitude & demeanor

- Proactive, quick learner

- Punctual and reliable

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

- Strong negotiation skills

- CBD, Vape & Accessories, Tobacco & Accessories and Cannabis Accessories knowledge preferred

Job Duties:

- Build rapport with customers

- Welcome and identify customer needs

- Explain products and services to customers

- Cross-sell products, upsell extra items when appropriate

- Inform customers about discounts and special offers

- Improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service

- General cleaning and upkeep of the store, organizing inventory

- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock

- Assist with inventory counts, re stocking and pricing duty including sale preparation

- Operate the Point of Sale system and process sale transactions

- Assist with creating content for social media accounts

- Achieving established goals.
