HVAC AND PLUMBING ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Lead traditional and Modular Mighty Buildings HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing design dev from concept to final product for European and US markets
• Prepare workshop drawings and material specifications
• Search for optimal HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing solutions for different markets according production needs
• Contact suppliers to search for optimal solutions
• Participate team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Make calculations and modeling. Create reports
• Create BIM models

Requirements

• Background: MEP education with experience in prefab modular design and construction.
• Number of completed modular projects around the globe at least 1
• Would be great to have External network design experience for Plumbing and Electrical!
• BIM expertise and working experience in software (Revit, Inventor)
• Roles in the project:
  - HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing design in BIM environment
  - Expertise in coordination of HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing with structural and architectural parts of the project
