Support Specialist (Remote)
We are a small, but growing, online brand that manufactures and sells footwear for kids with specific needs. We operate globally and serve customers across different regions. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive support specialist to join our remote team.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, Facebook/Instagram messages, and phone calls.
Assist with preparing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
Occasionally assist with merchandising and updating our website.
All customer communication is conducted in English.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk, Shopify, Toky, Telegram, Meta, and Instagram.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Working Conditions:
100% remote work.
Full-time: 9-hour shifts (including 1 hour for lunch).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am AEST - 7pm AEST.
Vacation: 20 working days per year (4 weeks).
Compensation:
$500 USD per month during the 2-month probationary period.
After probation: $700 USD per month.
Salary paid monthly via bank transfer.
