Key Responsibilities:
IT Systems Management:
- Jira Data Center Management:
- Configure workflows, user roles, and permissions.
- Write and troubleshoot scripts in Groovy using ScriptRunner.
- Manage license updates, automation workflows, and integrations.
- Regularly create and restore backups to ensure data integrity.
- Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI Integration:
- Maintain and optimize integrations with Jira and other financial tools.
- Ensure accurate data flow for budgeting and reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot and enhance system connectivity.
- System Optimization:
- Manage and configure Microsoft Intune for device management (Windows, macOS).
- Administer Azure AD (MS Entra) for SSO/SAML configurations and access control.
- Oversee Slack workspace administration and ensure seamless integration with Jira and other tools.
Corporate Network Management:
- Configure and maintain VLAN, DHCP, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure.
- Document network architecture, including static IP allocation and port configurations.
IT Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain IT security protocols, including email delivery safeguards, sender reputation management, and system audits.
- Conduct regular IT audits to ensure compliance with security best practices and confidentiality requirements.
Process and Equipment Management:
- Deploy, maintain, and decommission office IT equipment.
- Track and update inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Collaborate with external vendors for procurement and maintenance.
Documentation and Training:
- Create detailed IT documentation, including user guides for tools like Jira, Microsoft Dynamics, and PowerBI.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to improve team productivity.
Employee Support:
- Provide on-demand IT support to Family Office staff, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Assist with onboarding and training new hires on IT systems and security protocols.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in system administration, security, or network management are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Expertise in Jira, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure AD, and PowerBI.
- Proven experience with corporate network configurations (VPN, VLAN, DHCP).
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Groovy, PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in managing cross-platform environments (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Experience with IT security measures and audits.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating across departments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or Greek is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a family office or private wealth environment, demonstrating discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with high-performance, technology-driven environments.
- Knowledge of integrating financial systems for budgeting and reporting.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time, on-site role based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
- Occasional off-hours support for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Flexible schedule with a standard 8-hour workday starting between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
