As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Remote Sales Specialist to join our team and help clients turn their dream proposals into reality.

Your Role

As a Remote Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our services and the booking process. Your main goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and contributing to marketing initiatives that enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Client Engagement & Sales

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, responding to inquiries via email.
• Guide clients through the booking process, answer questions, and confirm availability with the planning team.
• Ensure smooth post-booking communication, including payment confirmation, collecting client details, and sending reminders.
• Maintain engagement with clients before and after the proposal, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Identify opportunities for upselling by recommending add-ons and upgrades.
• Proactively follow up with leads, handle objections, and re-engage potential customers.

✔ Lead Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, including lead sources, interactions, and booking progress.
• Track sales performance and provide insights on booking trends.
• Regularly update internal databases to ensure smooth client management.

✔ Marketing & Strategy

• Contribute ideas for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special offers to increase engagement and conversions.
• Identify trends and customer feedback that can help optimize the sales funnel.
• Encourage clients to share their proposal stories on social media and leave reviews to enhance brand visibility.

✅ Sales-driven and results-oriented – You’re motivated by closing deals and achieving targets.
✅ Tech-savvy – You’re comfortable navigating email platforms, scheduling tools, and CRM systems.
✅ Experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required).

💬 Language Skills: Native or fluent English required. Russian proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
