We are looking for a Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in U.S.-based trucking or logistics companies, particularly in truck dispatching, driver coordination, or fleet management.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support drivers across the U.S.
• Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, and internal teams
• Manage transportation documents (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations)
• Monitor and support the full cargo lifecycle
• Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution in real time

 Required Qualifications:

• 6-12 months of prior experience in U.S. truck dispatching or transportation coordination
• Solid knowledge of logistics terminology and cargo lifecycle
• Strong communication and decision-making skills under pressure
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, email tools, and logistics apps

 Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years in dispatching, freight brokerage, or customer support in logistics
• Knowledge of BorderConnect, Samsara, Adobe Acrobat, Excel
• Understanding of U.S. geography and time zones
