During your practice, you will learn to:

• Search for ideas and meaning: Conduct CustDev, communicate with users, and understand their real pain points.
• Build business models: Calculate unit economics and build hypotheses to help the product take off.
• Conduct R&D: Research markets and find unconventional growth paths for our startups.
• Plan and manage: Create a product roadmap and work closely with the development team.

Who are we looking for?

We’re not looking for experience, but for potential. You’re our ideal candidate if:

• You’re passionate about creating something new and dream of a career in IT.
• You’re ready to learn, ask lots of questions, and aren’t afraid of tough challenges.
• You’re proactive and want to influence the product, not just wait for assignments.
• Your English is at a school level (we’ll help you improve).

Terms—clear and honest

Format: The internship starts as an unpaid educational program. But, as we said, you’ll have the opportunity to quickly move on to paid tasks.

Commitment: Part-time, about 2 hours a day.

Schedule: Completely flexible. Study and work whenever it suits you.

Sync: One mandatory team call per week for planning and idea sharing.

Result: A strong portfolio with impressive cases, a recommendation letter from us, and for the best—a job offer at AVB Invest Inc or with our partner companies.
