Our project - one of the leading independent digital media covering a wide range of news on blockchain technology, crypto and emerging fintech trends. Each day our team delivers the most accurate and up-to-date news from the decentralized and centralized worlds.

Now we are looking for Helpdesk Engineer (remote) in our Tech Team.

Required qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Ubuntu
• Experience in administering Google Workspace
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
• At least two years of experience in Support field
• Scripting experience - Bash, Python, GO
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Understanding functional and technical system documentation
• Confident English level (B2-C1)
• Fluency in Russian will be an advantage
