Now we are looking for Helpdesk Engineer (remote) in our Tech Team.
Required qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Ubuntu
- Experience in administering Google Workspace
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
- At least two years of experience in Support field
- Scripting experience - Bash, Python, GO
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding functional and technical system documentation
- Confident English level (B2-C1)
- Fluency in Russian will be an advantage
