Strategic Role Objective
Provide reliable administrative, clerical, and organizational support for the management team in the Maldives. As Secretary, you will enable effective communications, maintain documentation, and support daily business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration:
Manage correspondence, handle incoming calls and emails, process documentation and filing.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
Arrange meetings, manage calendars, book travel and prepare agendas or minutes as needed.
- Reception & Client Support:
Greet visitors, support guest logistics, and uphold company standards of service.
- Document Preparation:
Draft, format, and proofread internal and external communications; support contract and document processing.
- Record-Keeping:
Maintain organized archives, databases, and ensure confidentiality of business records.
- Team Support:
Assist managers and colleagues with administrative tasks and special projects.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as secretary, office manager, or administrator (real estate or international company is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages appreciated.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing abilities.
- Professional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident PC user: MS Office, email, and basic document management systems.
- Discretion, reliability, and a client-oriented approach.
