Our mission is to empower users with decentralized access, transparent governance, and seamless onboarding to blockchain-enabled products. We’re looking for a data-driven SEO specialist who is passionate about crypto and eager to help scale organic growth across our web properties.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive sustainable organic growth across the main site, docs, blog, and product pages.

- Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis focused on crypto, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and related topics.

- Optimize on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, schema markup) and oversee content optimization and creation to maximize search visibility.

- Lead technical SEO efforts: site audits, crawlability/indexation improvements, URL structure, canonicalization, 301/404 handling, structured data implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimization.

- Plan and execute a link-building and digital PR program, including outreach to crypto outlets, partner sites, and influential communities.

- Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and industry tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.). Define KPIs and provide regular dashboards to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to ensure SEO-friendly site architecture, internationalization (if applicable), multilingual content, and fast, accessible experiences across devices.

- Stay up-to-date with Web3 trends and search engine algorithm changes; translate insights into actionable initiatives.

- Optionally contribute to content strategy for educational resources, tutorials, and case studies to attract and convert target users.

Requirements:

Must-have

- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results (organic traffic growth, ranking improvements, and measurable ROI).

- Strong technical SEO background: site audits, indexation control, schema markup, page speed optimization, mobile UX considerations, and experience with SPA/Next.js or similar frameworks is a plus.

- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).

- Solid copywriting/editorial skills and the ability to collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-friendly content.

- Familiarity with Web3, crypto, blockchain terminology, and the ability to develop content and optimization strategies in crypto-focused contexts.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present clear recommendations.

- Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Availability for full-time work and ability to work remotely
