About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with managing support tickets and basic client inquiries

Help monitor the platform and report technical issues

Provide documentation support and update knowledge bases

Collaborate with product and tech teams for internal coordination

Participate in team meetings and onboarding processes

Good communication skills in English (written)

Organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner

No tech background needed — we will teach you
