Now we are looking for Business Analyst to join our team!

About the project: e-learning platform for working with web scanning of documents and assistance in violation of copyright.

Client location: USA, Texas.

Responsibilities:

- Performing business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, dependencies.

- Defining requirements, create and manage specifications and BA artifacts.

- Use cases and user stories creation, organize project backlog, backlog refinement.

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement.

- Business process visualization and optimization, diagramming and prototyping (where needed).

- Communications with Customer and the team during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

- Proven BA expertise with English-speaking customers.

- At least 1 year of BA experience.

- Self-motivated, self-managing and result oriented person.

- English (starring from B2, intermediate +).

- Good communication skills, team player.

- Knowledge of Scrum.

- Project management experience would be a plus.

- E-learning projects experience would be a plus.

Nice to have knowledge/experience of:

- JIRA, Confluence.

- Agile, Scrum, Kanban.

- Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Draw.io.

- ERD.

- Prototyping Tools.
