About the Team & Project
We are a product company — we build and sell our own software. Our product ecosystem includes:

• Web application
• Mobile applications (iOS / Android)
• Integrations with banking systems

Currently, we are scaling our QA department. Our QA team consists of 8 people, and we're looking for a new team member to join a friendly, international environment. We value long-term collaboration and are looking for someone who will grow with us.

Interview & Communication
The interview and all further communication will be conducted in Russian.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining test environments (MobaXterm)
• Managing tasks in bug tracking systems (YouTrack)
• Creating and maintaining test documentation: test cases, checklists, functionality descriptions (GoogleDocs)
• Writing clear and well-structured bug reports (YouTrack)
• Performing cross-platform and cross-browser testing

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of commercial experience (product company or large-scale project experience is a plus)
• Test Documentation: Strong skills in creating comprehensive test documentation. We value clarity, conciseness, and the ability to structure information for both QA peers and developers/analysts
• Independence: Ability to manage your own workload, set priorities, and make informed decisions about testing strategies without constant supervision

Tools:

• Git: Solid understanding of basics (branches, commits, merge/pull requests)
• SQL: Ability to write intermediate-level queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY) for data validation
• HTML/CSS: Basic knowledge for layout verification and working with DevTools
• Google Docs: Proficiency in creating, formatting, and maintaining test documentation collaboratively

Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to communicate clearly and advocate for quality

English: Intermediate level (reading/writing technical documentation, written communication)
