Digital project manager / Digital Planner Lead

DCBL is a new generation creative laboratory. Data analysis of social platforms, combined with the principles of performance, allows you to create high-quality creative concepts focused on the long-term return of marketing investments and increase sales.

What You'll Do:

• Act as a key client contact, understanding client goals and achieve results through research and analysis
• Present together with our creative team creative concepts, strategies, media tactics to clients
• Manage all facets of campaign execution, be the lead on optimization of results
• Build the ecosystem of the project, manage the process of developing creative solutions (media creatives, creatives for social platforms)
• Manage the process of launching campaigns, monitor and optimize the results of the campaign during the process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Google, etc.)

Expectations from your experience:

• Work experience in media/performance agencies
• Experience planning and executing media campaigns
• Experience in controlling and optimizing the buying process on facebook, google, tiktok, etc. sites
• Experience in managing remote teams
• The ability and desire to find the best solutions for clients
• Business thinking, interest in "researching creatives" (evaluation, testing, effectiveness of creatives)
• Interest in platforms and instruments
• Fluent English must have (additional languages as an advantage)
• Appetite and thirst for a startup environment
