The international IT company Andersen invites a Digital Marketer to extend our department of multifunctional professionals.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing a full cycle of services. For over 15 years, we have been building efficient digital solutions for customers worldwide. Our employees live in different countries, but we all are Andersen Family.

We appreciate teamwork, so every marketer takes part in the discussion of current tasks and influences the decision-making for the company’s marketing strategy.

Tasks:

• Developing strategies for attracting potential customers;
• Managing PPC advertising and paid campaigns on social media;
• Using advanced metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns;
• Conducting analysis and providing strategic insights on campaign changes required to increase lead generation and engagement levels and achieve other marketing goals;
• Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies globally;
• Building semantic cores for content writing;
• Monitoring and analyzing SEO issues and drawing up plans to resolve them;
• Performing market analysis for Andersen and its customers;
• Working with automated mailings, collecting statistics, building hypotheses, and conducting A/B testing.

Must-haves:

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and an understanding of algorithm ranking factors;
• Experience with lead generation (preferably in the B2B segment and in the foreign market);
• Experience with the following marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Microsoft Clarity, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console;
• Understanding of how an outsourcing company should position itself in the foreign market from a marketing perspective;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to successfully work in a fast-changing competitive environment;
• Systematic and research-oriented thinking, as well as the ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance;
• Level of written English – Upper-Intermediate.

Nice-to-haves: Understanding of/experience in IT.
