Job Description

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative duties which include day-to-day schedule management, booking travel, and organizing internal and external meetings for the CEO in Portugal. If you are a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, if you feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, we`re waiting for you.

What you will do:

• Manage scheduling and organize meetings, events, and activities;
• Arrange travel plans (hotel booking, selection of routes);
• Proactively resolve time-sensitive issues;
• Create presentations and reports in Excel;
• Execute personal assignments.

We are waiting for you in our team if:

• You have previous experience as an assistant or similar position;
• You are proficient in Google Apps, particularly Google Calendar, and Google Docs;
• You are proficient in communication technologies including Zoom, Slack;
• You have strong attention to detail when handling priorities, projects, and deadlines;
• You are skilled in multitasking across various needs;
• You are excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• You have strong interpersonal skills;
• You are proficient in both written and spoken English.

We will treat it as a bonus if:

• You have a driving license;
• You have knowledge in legal matters of Portugal;
• You have experience working in the IT-sphere.
