The iworld.com team is looking for a General Manager, International Law Specialist, with experience in executive positions at international companies.
The company consists of development, marketing, sales and video production professionals who are not only located in the head office in Dubai, but also in representative offices in other countries.

Hard and soft skills:
university degree in law (jurisprudence/international business);
5 or more years of work experience in executive positions at international companies;
fluency in English (C1 and higher);
project management skills;
building product development strategies (financial planning / budgeting);
experience in several jurisdictions (EU, UAE);
knowledge of international law and migration legislation;
proven experience of working as a lawyer at an international company is appreciated;
experience in working with international contracts, and foreign banks;
experience in legal and tax consulting and writing reports on legal feasibility and risks;
clear and concise verbal and written communication; the ability to convey messages quickly and succinctly and to offer alternatives;
ability to immerse yourself in the company’s specific activities and the features of local legislation;
responsibility, high working capacity, initiative, honesty.
Key tasks:
support of business activities of the company registered in the UAE (office rent, licenses, communication with state authorities, reception and familiarization with the available documentation;
management and coordination of employees involved in the work on the project (conducting working meetings, appointments, coordination of the project development plan and the necessary actions requested from each department for a certain period);
monitoring the fulfillment of assigned tasks (receiving weekly/monthly reports and task plans for the next month, adjusting tasks);
budgeting (coordinating budgets for the team, advertising, other tasks);
development of new directions (making hypotheses and conducting research on the potential effectiveness in launching new directions of project development);
providing informational support (information on the state of affairs in the area of migration, preparation of analytical information and information brochures if necessary or upon request);
communication with significant partners or contractors (communication with representatives of banks, other financial institutions, state authorities, individuals);
legal support of the Company’s business deals (including international ones);
development and approval of an invoice accounting system, payment receiving;
development and approval of the client invoice template;
strategic planning (search and analysis of the main directions of development of the project, as well as the building and expansion of the team based on the development of the project);
legal and administrative support for international projects, preparation of documents in English (contracts, powers of attorney, protocols, resolutions, etc.);
assistance with foreign investment projects (securities, real estate);
assistance with migration issues in foreign jurisdictions;
preparation of customer contracts — B2S, B2B, B2C (agreements on basic migration services, partnership agreements, contracts with real estate developers and real estate agencies);
conducting Due Diligence of counterparties;
interaction with state and supervisory bodies of the UAE and a number of other countries, participation in negotiations with foreign counterparties;
analysis of legislation and corporate practice, preparation of legal reports, conclusions, flowcharts and examination of international business structures;
providing oral and written consultations on the Holding tasks, as well as on taxation issues, including international relations.
