Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including setting performance targets, conducting regular evaluations, and providing coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, expand market share, and penetrate new markets. Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to refine the sales approach.
Sales Operations: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, pricing, and contract negotiations. Ensure the sales team follows standard operating procedures and meets deadlines.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and work towards expanding the customer base. Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation efforts.
