Job Title: Accountant Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time, On-site   About the Company: We are a dynamic and growing company based in Dubai, currently seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UAE accounting and taxation regulations and be capable of managing the full accounting cycle of a company. The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a solid business acumen.   Key Responsibilities: Maintain full set of accounting records for the company in accordance with UAE regulations Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure full compliance with UAE tax laws Conduct regular bank reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing Compile and analyze financial statements Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs Manage budgeting and forecasting Prepare all necessary tax documentation and filings Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities when required Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting standards and deadlines   Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax regulations (including VAT) Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet strict deadlines Strong organizational and time-management skills Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken) Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with accounting software is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen   We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Professional and friendly working environment Opportunities for career growth and development Office-based role in a central location in Dubai Official employment and Visa support One annual round-trip ticket to your home country (if needed) Company-provided mobile plan
