LOT Group's manufacturing equipment is the result of dynamic and fruitful work over 20 years. Our products seamlessly blend high quality, reliability, and ergonomic design. LOT Group offers over 30 specialized models of turnstiles, as well as validators for transportation cards/tokens, vending machines for purchasing/replenishing payment instruments, and equipment for automatic parking.

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Acquire new clients and develop your own client base.
- Conduct active sales, negotiate deals, and achieve set targets.
- Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify new business expansion opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales and activity reports.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (B2. C1 preferred). Proficiency in Russian and/or other languages is a significant advantage.
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with CRM systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position proven by concrete, measured results.
- Knowledge of sales principles, negotiation skills, and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication skills and ability to promote products effectively.
- Creativity, initiative, and autonomy in work.
- High motivation to achieve results.
