About Us: BURmedia, a German media agency with an international team working online, provides services in marketing and content production. Currently, the business is scaling up, and as a result, we are hiring additional staff, particularly in the commercial department.

What's Required: Sell agency services in Germany, as well as throughout Europe and the USA, including:

• SMM,
• Influencer Marketing,
• YouTube Production.

How to Do It:

• Prospecting and attracting new clients (cold calling),
• Conducting negotiations and online/offline presentations of commercial proposals.

Our Expectations from Candidates:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in selling agency services,
• Proactivity - we expect a high level of self-discipline and autonomy from someone willing to work and earn, who knows what needs to be done and doesn't wait for constant instructions from above,
• Ability to achieve results,
• Ability to harmoniously integrate into the current team and work productively within it.

What We Value:

• Structured approach (working with spreadsheets, ability to filter received information, group and structure data, summarize them in tabular forms, etc.),
• Knowledge of marketing trends,
• Desire for continuous development,
• English language proficiency at least B2 (knowledge of an additional language, such as German, is an advantage).
