Main product - is a payment aggregator for various types of Internet businesses, offering acceptance of online payments from 170+ countries by 450+ methods, including Internet acquiring.

We are developer and integrator of high-load fintech platforms with PCI DSS L1. PayOp (https://Payop.com) - an aggregator of payment methods for various segments of Internet business, offering acceptance of payments from 170+ countries with 450+ methods, including Internet acquiring. We also provide our own technical gateway services in the form of a quick connection to the connectors of a huge number of payment systems, setting up smart routing and cascading, which can significantly improve the conversion of digital merchants. The company has experience in integrating SWIFT, SEPA, Target2, Skrill, Przelewy24, Trustly, IDeal, Klarna, Giropay, Sofort and others.

The company was founded in 2016 and has presence in the UK, USA, Canada and Singapore. Today the company employs more than 100 people including 30 developers with a core team based in Kiev, Ukraine. At the end of 2021, the company initiated the launch of an R&D centre in Poland (Warsaw) with plans to recruit more than 15 employees by the end of 2022.

Our DEV stack is PHP (Symfony), PostgreSql, Angular JS, Nginx. We use the Amazon AWS cloud solution and many of its services (SQS, SES, Elasticsearch…).

Our ideal candidate has:
• Knowledge of the full development cycle
• Design from scratch, development, testing, documentation, software support
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Experience with Symfony
• Understanding SOA
• Clear clean code, deep understanding of OOP
• Profile/related education
• Experience in a fintech project (payment system, mobile banking, etc.) from 2 years, understanding the API of payment systems
• Russian or Ukrainian (upper intermediate +)
• English (at the level of reading technical documentation)
• Polish upper intermediate

Will be a plus:
• Understanding Design patterns and algorithms, DDD, CQRS, Hexagonal architecture
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker
• Understanding JavaScript/JQuery/CSS/HTML
• Experience in solving performance problems of highly loaded systems
• Using UML, BDD + unit test
• Agile/Scrum
• Experience in fintech domain and highload system
• Experience in coaching and leading of junior and middle developers

Tasks for project developers:
• Development of a payment system and additional services
• Integration of external solutions (acquirer, gateway, alternative payment methods, token platforms, systems for verification/scoring/monitoring of customer operations, reporting...)
• Support and review/refinement of the existing API and backend
• Solving complex cases, working with foreign partners
• Work with subcontractors
