We are opening our new office and looking for a friendly and responsible Office Manager to join our team! #Lisbon
If you’re proactive, creative, have excellent problem-solving skills, and pay attention to details, we’ll be glad to see you as a part of our rapidly growing company.
What you’ll help us with:
— Provide general administrative support to the executive team, expense reports, etc.
— Participating in travel arrangements for company employees
— Incoming and outgoing correspondence management
— Help colleagues with their requests
— Look for creative ideas to improve our office life
Here’s the experience that will help you with the job:
— High communication and organization skills
— Experience as an office manager, real estate agent, etc.
— Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
— Experience with coordination and scheduling
— Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
— Positive and smiling person
— Computer literacy
— Fluent English (B2- C2) and Russian
— Spoken and writing Português will be a plus
