About project:

B.GREEN is a high-tech startup in the field of food tech. Our mission is to provide people with more opportunities to enjoy life while taking care of their health. We aim to launch the production of our goods in the USA. Our main product is functional food that nourishes the body and protects it from diseases caused by unhealthy eating habits.

What we want from a candidate:

As a PR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Media Relations: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with various media outlets, journalists, and influencers to promote positive coverage of the company and its initiatives.
• Brand Development: Developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns to enhance brand recognition and credibility within the target market.
• Crisis Communication: Being prepared to handle crisis situations effectively and maintaining the company's positive image even during challenging times.
• Content Creation: Crafting engaging press releases, articles, and other PR materials to effectively communicate the company's key messages.
• Monitoring and Analysis: Monitoring media coverage and conducting analysis to measure the impact of PR efforts and make data-driven improvements.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven Experience in PR and media relations in an international setting.
• Successful Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective PR campaigns with tangible results.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Ukrainian (or Russian), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to come up with innovative PR strategies to capture the target audience's attention.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The capability to handle challenging situations with composure and find solutions to PR-related issues.
• Team Player: A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
