We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Scientist to join our dynamic Data Science team at our company. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and the technical team to develop AI products that address key business challenges and provide personalized solutions for customers. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to collect feedback, optimize, iterate, and learn. As part of the Data Science Team, we are leveraging generative and predictive AI to develop innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and automate business operational processes. You will play a significant role in implementing and integrating AI within the company.

ABOUT THE JOB:

- Work directly with product owners, data analysts, data engineers, and machine learning engineers to design, develop, deploy, and monitor AI and machine learning products that are standard and scalable.

-Play a key role in the adoption and integration of generative AI in evolving business operations.

- Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and ensure that solutions are tailored to their specific needs.

- Monitor the performance of models and identify areas for improvement.

- Follow best practices in data science and machine learning to ensure high-quality, sustainable, and efficient solutions.

- Develop and fine-tune machine learning models to address and resolve specific business requirements, focusing on both accuracy and practical applicability.

- Utilize cutting-edge technology to drive business innovation and efficiency.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and data science, continuously seeking to apply new techniques and methodologies to improve existing processes.

ABOUT YOU:

- 5+ years of practical experience in Data Science or Business Intelligence roles

- Proficient in Python, SQL, and various Machine Learning libraries and frameworks

- Understanding of recommendation systems and prescriptive analytics

- Developed Machine Learning Models and applied statistical methods

- Designed solutions using container and orchestration technologies

- Data-driven, innovative, and effective in problem-solving and execution

- Valuable experience with Snowflake

- Familiarity with Generative AI and large language models is a plus

- Knowledge of AWS cloud is beneficial

- Understanding of NLP models, including transformers, is advantageous

- Strong communicator with proficient English skills
