We are an IT company developing dashboards with financial reporting and business
analytics on the Power BI platform. Due to growth, we are looking for a Financial
Reporting Project Manager to join our team.
Requirements:

● Higher education in one of the following fields: "Enterprise Economics",
"Finance";
● At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst, financial controller,
financial director, project manager, or auditor;
● Knowledge of management reports PL, CF, BS, factor analysis, sales report;
● Knowledge of 1C;
● Ability to work with large volumes of information;
● Understanding of CRM, ERP systems;
● High proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Sheets;
● Strong analytical skills, proactivity, attention to detail, ability to work in a team,
team-oriented and result-oriented;
● High-level proficiency in English.

Knowledge of MS Power BI is not required. We will teach you that. The main thing is
knowledge in finance, the ability to quickly understand the specifics of various
businesses, and understanding of business metrics used in different industries.
Responsibilities:

● Maintaining effective communication with clients: clarifying requirements,
understanding and documenting needs;
● Documenting developed reports, AS IS business logic of ETL processes, and

data structures;
● Pre-project survey of the client company, determining the scope of the project,
planning research and documentation work of client requirements;
● Preparing sketches of future dashboards and agreeing with the client;
● Preparing lists of metrics and indicators for future dashboards;
● Preparing estimates of labor costs, timelines, and project implementation
plans;
● Developing and agreeing on functional requirements and technical
specifications;
● Interacting with programmers, setting tasks for development on Power BI,
dashboard appearance, and functionality;
● Communicating with clients regarding project stage deliveries;
● Controlling the accuracy of calculations and computations made by
developers;
● Checking for errors in calculations and dashboards created by programmers
based on calculated data.

● Salary and compensation package: negotiable, discussed individually;
● Required to work in the EST time zone: be online near the computer, respond
in the work messenger, and be available for video calls until 23:00 Kyiv time.
