General Requirements:
1. Work Experience:
• Minimum 1 years of experience in office management with focus on financial operations, or accounting-related roles.
• Proven ability to manage office processes while handling financial and documentation tasks.
• Experience working with banking operations, financial reporting, and document preparation.
2. Knowledge:
• Basics of finance and accounting, including payment processing and financial documentation.
• Understanding of banking operations and communication with financial institutions.
• Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse systems.
• Knowledge of document management and corporate governance (protocols, memos).
• Proficiency in office software (Excel, Google Workspace) and financial/accounting systems.
Advanced English and Bahasa proficiency are mandatory requirements.
3. Skills:
• Organizing office workflows and managing internal communication.
• Coordinating payments, preparing payment schedules, and managing bank accounts.
• Preparing financial and operational reports for submission to external accountants and auditors.
• Collecting and organizing documentation for legal and financial compliance.
• Interfacing with legal professionals for preparing and managing corporate documents (protocols, memos).
• Managing inventory-related processes, including creating warehouse requests and maintaining stock records.
• Multitasking and prioritizing work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
4. Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
• Managing office workflows and supporting operational efficiency.
• Handling correspondence and communication with external partners and clients.
2. Financial Operations:
• Organizing payments and ensuring timely execution through banking systems.
• Preparing reports for external accountants and overseeing financial compliance.
• Coordinating with banks and financial institutions for smooth financial operations.
3. Legal and Document Management:
• Collecting and preparing documentation for legal compliance.
• Collaborating with lawyers to prepare corporate protocols and memorandums.
• Ensuring proper filing and archiving of company records.
4. Inventory and Warehouse Coordination:
