About the company:

Perfect Pavers is a construction company from South Florida (USA) specializing in laying paving slabs, patios and areas around swimming pools. We work with private and commercial clients, expand our geography, and open new branches. We are looking for a remote office manager/lead manager to join the team to support and develop the direction.

🔧 Responsibilities

1. Receiving incoming calls and working with leads:

- Answering customer calls via RingCentral IP telephony;

- Qualification of leads according to the checklist;

- Appointment of meetings and consultations in CRM (Jobber);

- Answers to clarifying questions from clients (on the status of the project, materials, etc.).

- Transfer of calls within the company

2. CRM control and interaction with sellers:

- Coordinating sellers' schedules and assigning new requests - Checking the correctness of customer management in CRM;

- Control of sending commercial offers;

- Maintaining the Jobber CRM system (up-to-date information agreed with the supervisor)

- Reporting from the Jobber CRM system

3. Cold calls and partner network development: - Cold calling of potential partners (for example, pool construction companies);

- Establishing and maintaining relationships: reminders, fall-ups;

- Transfer of "warmed up" leads to the local office for final negotiations.

4. Administrative support: - Placing orders with suppliers; - Maintaining project documentation; - Communication with contractors and internal services.

Conditions:

Fixed salary: from $1800 to $2500 per month (depending on experience) Additionally: KPI bonuses (for example, for qualified leads or new partners) Format: fulltime, remote work Time control: through the TimeDoctor system Tools used: Jobber, RingCentral, Google Workspace

Requirements:

Languages: fluent English and Spanish (working communication)

Skills: A calm, systematic and responsible approach to work; Experience in CRM (Jobber, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus; The ability to perform routine tasks without loss of quality; Sociability, attention to detail; The ability to work independently in a home environment.
