Vacancy: Operations Manager (ISEI Cosmetics Retail, Limassol, Cyprus)

ISEI is an international retail chain of cosmetics and personal care stores that is rapidly expanding across Europe.
We are opening new horizons and inviting an Operations Manager to join our team — a professional who will oversee our retail network in Limassol, Larnaca, and Paphos and ensure the stable growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee the operational activities of the stores (daily processes, sales, customer service, logistics).
• Achieve and exceed sales targets; monitor KPIs and financial performance.
• Build and develop an effective team: recruitment, onboarding, training, and motivation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, service quality, and cash discipline.
• Manage stock levels: ordering, assortment control, and inventory management.
• Maintain relationships with shopping malls, regulatory authorities, and suppliers.
• Plan and implement marketing activities (promotions, campaigns, B2B collaborations, pharmacy partnerships).
• Prepare reports for senior management, analyze results, and suggest improvements to business processes.
• Participate in opening new stores and scaling the business across Cyprus.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education (Economics, Management, or Business Administration).
• Proven experience in managerial positions within retail (FMCG, fashion, cosmetics, or related industries).
• Hands-on experience in process setup, operational management, and team leadership.
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level for business communication; Ukrainian or Russian — required.
• Leadership, proactivity, and result-oriented mindset.
• Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and modern communication tools.
