Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Software Architect to join its team for working with an Austrian company.

The project is the development of a software (POS system) for European malls.

The customer is a retail chain founded in 1932 in the Netherlands. It consists of 13,500 shops in 48 countries, with a total annual turnover of €37 billion. The company is an official sponsor of the European Athletics Association. The vacancy we offer is related to the Austrian IT branch.

Tech stack on the project: Java, Microsoft Azure, Docker, microservices.

Tasks:

- Building app architecture;

- Developing software with a focus on the back-end;

- Acting as a Tech Lead within the development team.

Must-haves:

- Experience as Software Architect for 2+ years;

- Commercial development experience in Java;

- Knowledge of and experience with scalable and resilient microservices;

- Knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud system;

- Strong knowledge of the Docker containerization technology;

- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate.
