Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Front-end Developer (React Native + React) to join its team.

The task is to develop a new product under an NDA (non-disclosure agreement).

The customer is an international company that produces crop nutrients, founded in 1905. It has 17,000 employees in more than 150 countries. In 2021, the company had a revenue of $11.6 billion.

Responsibilities:

- Turning the design system language into a functioning cross-platform component library;

- Maintaining and improving library release infrastructure;

- Promoting the value and adoption of the component library across the organization;

- Working on the improvement of the Developer Experience (DX) across the organization through clear documentation, reference applications, workshops, and user testing;

- Working on the improvement of collaboration and communication between the design and engineering teams.

Must-haves:

- Experience with React Native and React for 5+ years ;

- Experience with design systems and their tooling ecosystems;

- Knowledge of design patterns and their application to component architecture;

- Familiarity with both OOP and functional programming paradigms;

- Experience with UI animation, styling, Flexbox, and CSS Grid Layout;

- Experience with package and dependency managers;

- Practical understanding of unit, integration, and visual regression tests;

- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors and tools;

- Firm grasp of the methodologies for accessibility and internationalization, semantic markup, and W3C standards;

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills;

- Level of English– Upper-Intermediate.
