We are looking for a HOSTESS to join our friendly team!

Requirements:

● Having a work permit in Cyprus;

● Good looks;

● Fluent Russian and English (level B1 - B2);

● Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of the basic standards of service from 1 year will be an advantage;

● Benevolence, sociability, customer orientation, punctuality.

Responsibilities:

● Opening and closing the bar;

● Meeting bar guests;

● Accompanying guests to the table, serving the menu;

● Assistance with placing guests' outerwear in the wardrobe;

● Managing the attention of guests at the initial moment of being in the bar and further if necessary;

● Monitoring of the current situation for filling seats;

● Maintaining a guest reservation book, responding to table reservations in social networks, transmitting information on banquet reservations;

● Ensuring the cleanliness and order of the bar;

● Providing coloring books and pencils for the guests' children;

● Taking measures to prevent and eliminate possible conflict situations;

● Consideration of complaints related to unsatisfactory guest service;

● Notifying the restaurant management about the existing shortcomings in customer service, taking measures to eliminate them;

● Execution of individual official orders of his immediate supervisor;
