We're looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative to assist with customer inquiries for our e-commerce business. This role demands approximately 4 hours of work daily.

What to do:
Be on call from 9:30 to 21:30 Los Angeles time;
Promptly respond to chatbot requests within 10 minutes. For convenience, you can set up notifications on your phone (about 10 chats per day)
Regularly check your support email every 2-4 hours (about 35-40 emails per day).
Reply to comments on our social networks.
What is important to us:
Experience in customer support
Excellent written English
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people;
Ability to solve problems effectively;
Basic knowledge of Shopify is a plus (tracking orders, changing orders, changing addresses, etc.)
