What You Might Be Doing

• Monthly bookkeeping for bank, credit card and other payment systems
• Monthly, quarterly and annual closures in collaboration with Head of Finance
• Monthly intercompany accounts reconciliation
• Assistance with various management reports in the software
• Preparation of tax returns (VAT, Social Tax) and submission to the Tax Authority
• Reconciliation and bookkeeping of supplier accounts and analysis
• Participation in Treasury transactions - daily fund allocations within internal software
• Help on various accounting tasks and administration work
  

What You Might Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• At least 3+ years of accounting experience - hand-on, proactive work, real task handling
• Ready to apply analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with accounting software, if possible with Xero
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
• Fluent in Estonian, good working knowledge of written and spoken Russian and English
• Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
• Highly detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for own work
