Customer Support vacancy remotely

The company Remote Helpers requires an English speaking Customer Support to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way;
• identifying customer needs and helping with questions;
• analyzing and reporting;
• updating our internal databases;
• gathering customer feedback and sharing with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams;
• assisting in training junior Customer Support Representatives.

Requirements:

• knowledge of English language (C1-C2 level);
• excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• multi-tasking abilities;
• patience when handling tough cases.

We offer you to choose one of two shifts ( the working hours 9-18 p.m or 15-24 p.m (Ukrainian time)). There is one hour for rest and lunch. Weekends - days off.
