CEX.IO is scaling the product org to match our increasing breadth of exciting products. We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager for CEX.IO.

This position will require international travel. Candidates must be willing to work across different time zones as necessary.

What you own:

• Create and own the consumer strategy and vision for your area of responsibility.
• Define the value-based product roadmap based on your product strategy and vision.
• Use qualitative and quantitative consumer insights and analytics to support the strategy, vision, and tactically-specific capabilities.
• Must be willing to seek out and internalize customer feedback from multiple channels and look for intersecting points between customer needs and business outcomes.
• Independently lead and gracefully collaborate with design, engineering, analytics and data science teams to deliver.
• Ensure successful roll-out and support of new products and features.
• Importantly, become the key point of contact and communication for your product.

• You are decisive and can manage ambiguous or conflicting inputs into solid action plans and precise requirements.
• You are focused on exceptional customer experiences for your product and pay close attention to how your product fits within the portfolio.

• Collaborator and Communicator - You work well with others and own necessary communication.
• You are proficient at balancing consumer value, technical feasibility and usability.

Key competencies:

• 5-7+ years of product management experience at a leading technology / software company.
• Concise speaker, storyteller, and writer.
• Able to distill a narrative from complexity into an executive summary.
• Experience adopting and putting forward product management best practices.
• Ability to create a predictable sprint-to-sprint delivery environment.
• Thrives in creating and maintaining a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator. Articulates the product strategy and roadmap, structures the problem at hand, experienced and comfortable gaining alignment and in presenting to senior executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing team environment.
• Start-up experience is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in crypto/FinTech space.
