1. Your Responsibilities:
You will be an entertainment organizer for our guests. Your tasks include:
· Conducting sports activities (aqua aerobics, water polo, volleyball, darts, yoga, morning exercises).
· Organizing active games on the beach and by the pool.
· Running contests, evening shows, and mini-disco for children.
· Interacting with tourists, accompanying them to discos in local clubs (1-2 times a week).
· Collecting feedback for the hotel.
2. Work Schedule:
· A sample daily schedule is attached to this email for your reference.
An animator leads no more than 2 activities per day. The schedule is designed for the entire team.

Animators work six days a week with one day off.
Depending on the hotel, the schedule may vary, but here is an example:
➡️ 09:45 – Meeting (gathering for the entire team with the chief animator)
➡️ 10:00 – Start of work
➡️ 10:30 – Morning exercises
➡️ 11:00 – Darts / Volleyball
➡️ 11:30 – Aqua aerobics
➡️ 12:00 – Games with guests (competitions) or festivals (cake festival or cocktail festival)
➡️ 12:30 – Break
➡️ 14:45 – Meeting for the entire team with the chief animator
➡️ 15:30 – Darts / Boccia / Archery
➡️ 16:00 – Zumba or dance class (salsa, belly dancing)
➡️ 16:30 – Yoga / Step aerobics
➡️ 17:00 – Break
✔️ 19:00 – Intrans (not every day)
➡️ 20:00 – Meeting (gathering for the entire team with the chief animator)
➡️ 20:30–23:30 – Mini-disco, evening show, and socializing with guests
💃🏼 23:30 – Going out to the club with guests (optional)
Although the schedule is busy, it is very convenient: you don't need to spend time on commuting, cooking, or other household chores — meals and accommodation are already included, and there are breaks during the day to rest and recuperate 🩷
3. Terms and Salary:
· Accommodation: Provided on the hotel premises (usually no more than 3 people per room).
· Meals: Three meals a day on an all-inclusive basis (excluding alcohol).
· Salary:
· From $500 + bonuses
· Bonuses (Extra money): Additional earnings from selling tickets for discos, concerts, bingo, and karaoke, as well as tips from guests.
An animator with a base salary of $500 earns from $850-$900 total.
4. What We Cover and Compensate:
· We fully provide you with accommodation and meals.
· Flight: You pay for the ticket yourself, but we help find affordable options.
