Are you a proven sales professional in the fitness equipment sales industry? GENESIS corporation is currently seeking Territory Sales Representatives to join its fast growing international organization.

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for soliciting our products to all commercial fitness markets in a specific geographic territory, interfaces with new prospects and existing customers alike to constantly assess their needs and propose solutions. The primary measures of success are in the fulfilment of revenue quota and general customer satisfaction.

The principal duties and responsibilities of the Territory Sales Representative consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Building a new sales territory and establishing a new customer base within the fitness industry
  Promotion and sales of our products while demonstrating superior technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas associated with GENESIS.
• Research, suggest for attracting new customers and assist in expanding the current customer base
  Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, networking and field activity
• Prepare action plans and schedules to project the number of contacts to be made
  Prepare travel plan to effectively cover territory
• Complete and submit reports of all sales and prospecting activities utilizing the CRM system in an accurate and timely fashion
• Create and conduct effective proposal presentations
• Monitor competitive activity in the market and identify new competition and/or changes in competitors’ activities
• Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in their sport or activity

Ensure the quality servicing of customers are positive and productive by personal involvement

Work Environment

This job operates in both a remote home office environment using standard office equipment provided by the company, and travels frequently to customer sites

Education

Bachelors Degree or equivalent required

Specific Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry
• Existing relationships within the fitness industry (gyms, dealers etc.) is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of and experience with EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) is an advantage
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with a positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and self-manage duties and tasks
• Ability to use customer management systems, training provided
• High level of energy and enthusiasm
• Passion for fitness

Language skills

Native language of the territory
English fluent in written and spoken

Other

Car, valid drivers license and clean driving record is required
