We are helping to find " the right person" to join the team of a Japanese restaurant for the position - Order Taker (Chat).
Location - only Dubai
Requirements:
experience in advising clients / taking orders via chat
knowledge of the principles of business correspondence and communication
attention to detail
good knowledge of English (B2 and higher) (vital)
knowledge of Russian at a conversational level (vital)
Will be a plus:
experience with iiko or similar programs
Tasks:
accept orders in chat mode (WhatsApp, Instagram)
enter order data into the system (iiko)
inform and offer customers new products, additional offers
collect feedback from customers
send offers to the customer base (for holidays, birthdays)
serve orders before handing them over to the courier (prepare chopsticks, tissues, fill soy sauce into bottles, check the order prepared by the chef against the check, take a photo of the dish, close the lid, pack it in a bag and hand it over to the courier).
You will get:
internship - 1 month
2/2 or 3/3 schedule (12 hours)
